Shmuel Lustman By and large the sources of information are many and varied and you can find lots of information online. At the end of the day the most crucial thing is experience and execution of actual transactions. As Yoav has already noted, deep study of the information including practice in this field is the perfect solution to start making deals on your own in the US.
Of course once the practice and process is clear it will be easy for you to make the same transactions across the US, of course each country will be required to make the adjustments according to its own laws.
First of all, recommend that you connect with someone with experience and let them lead you like Yoav and Nadav in at least one or two deals
Recommend that you start reading books on the subject, you can join online courses that will give you basic knowledge and how to get started.
