Hey,
New in the field… Trying to understand the small details before investing.
1. After renting the property and contacting the management company, can I contact the tenant directly?
2. How to choose a reliable management company? I have heard of quite a few cases where they required illusory repairs that were not required to be repaired before purchasing the property.
I would like to invest in the US but am already confused by the information available on the net. How do you check an investment area that it does yield?
