Will you not necessarily invest in bad neighborhoods? Or are there situations where you think it's a risk worth taking?
We in North Texas have no style homes that you speak of, so we often end up in "broken" neighborhoods but with house prices moving closer to the $ 1,000,000 area.
In terms of location and the specific data you talked about in the video can be mentioned, but in practice there are always some renovated homes around.
