I give an option of two months and it is quite fair to both parties. Life is dynamic, in my opinion it is not fair to limit it.
there is no such legal way. rental is not a prison.
there are ways to discourage early termination - lose your deposit for once.
Against such a clause… tenant should bring a replacement in case he wants to leave before the contract expires
Why formulate such a clause? There will be a lot of hires and rope. Once the tenant thinks he is in jail he will not sign
If there is a date-to-date agreement and there is no clause it can notify in advance it is already satisfactory.
Another way in the section that excludes is hereby given an option for the "tenant" to notify in advance...
