# Entrepreneur Week Four Gentlemen's Books, Ladies' Books, Books Never in the History of Humanity ...
Fourth Post
Gentlemen, books
Ladies books, books
Never in the history of humanity has there been so much known and readily available information to everyone. Amazing when you think about it. With the click of a button on the phone you can find any answer from "Is the world flat?" To "What is a donation?" The huge library of throne games? The little phone you have in your pocket now has access to more information from 100 such libraries. You can be a Tarali sambal with a more successful figure.
The downside of acquiring experience yourself is that it takes a lot of time, probably in real estate that everything is slow. The cool thing is that lots of good and successful people have already purchased this experience, and at a discount of $ 19.90 you can purchase their experience in 5 hours instead of 20 years. I mean the books.
How much to read books is important? They claim that a successful US CEO reads 60 books a year. It is much. Successful, busy people and still making time for this. Books can open new ideas, clarify things, teach you what not to do. Why else is it important? Because that's the competition. How do you want to compete with such people, other people who read, when they have the advantage? It's like attending the Olympics without practicing. Doesn't make sense, does it? and what else? The Olympics have once in 4 years, you do business every day…
Still 60 books is a lot. Let's start with less - my pace so far this year is 12. How? I found a shortcut. I listen to them. Audible is my choice but there are other options. I usually listen in the car while driving. When you listen to music I learn a new trick, when you get angry about Bardogo I get inspired by a success story of one who started from nothing and built an empire. These are also interesting human stories so all in all fun. Am I on Facebook? Big thanks to Gary V. We'll get to him later.
It seems to me that at this point you have already understood where I am going: I would like you to start reading or listening. Books, podcasts, YouTube. Whatever you want, but take advantage of the fact that in 2019, you are not on the wall waiting for the night king, and all this knowledge is available. Enjoy and develop. I promise you won't regret it.
So here are some recommendations:
My first book recommendation must be ** "Rich Dad Poor Dad" **. For me, that's a start. What made up my mind gave direction and made it clear what was the right way. I am sure most people know but those who are not, not a real estate book, are concerned with the principles of passive income, leverage, etc. by describing the life story of Robert Kiyosaki, the author, who learned business principles from a friend's father. Pretty short, easy to read and very clear. Required!
** The 10X Rule **
This book will be my second recommendation. Why? It's a book of poison. Getting you into a mode of work. This book I would especially recommend to hear, in English since the reader is also the author, and is a bit of a character so it gets interesting in the book. The book is about the real effort it takes to succeed and I agree with every word that is said there. When the book is over you have to devour the world, which is good.
What next? Sure
** The power of Broke **
Of Diamond John. Yeah yeah, that one of the sharks. Think you don't have enough money, knowledge or experience? So you might be right but that might be your advantage. From my personal experience, there is definitely a lot to it. When there is nothing to lose "Rasbindino" hanging on the wall, and to work.
This post is getting longer than I planned. I'm excited. I'm not exaggerating. Two more important books and I'm done.
** The closer's survival guide **
It's already a net professional book. How to close deals. Unlike "How to Sell" which is Fitch, this book teaches how to get people to close a deal, sign the paperwork and pay. Step after the sales call. Right at the level of what the client told you and how to respond to it. Excellent! Wrote it to a guy named Grant Cardon who also wrote the 10X Rule. I like him.
** Negotiation Genius **
A book dealing with negotiation strategies, combines many wonderful and clear examples of negotiation events and gives you new directions to help close deals. As a matter of principle the book's approach spoke very much to me and that good negotiation should not be how I get more than the other side, but how we find, through negotiation, a way to generate more value in a transaction so that both parties earn more. worth reading. Twice.
Well I owe Gary's book too. Latest. promising.
** Crushing it **
Gary V is a guru of building a personal brand by using social networks - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. His career began at a young age as a wine seller in his parents' store in New Jersey, he promoted what was then a revolutionary idea of selling wine online and turned a small store into a 60 million dollar a year business. He still sells wine but also deals in marketing and promoting the field of personal branding and lectures all over the world. He also has a bit of a foul mouth so it's also amusing. His book on this is what brought me here, and I'll give him credit for that.
I'll add that Twitter was my first social network choice. Short, fast and available. Suits me a stamp. My brother pressured me for years to join Facebook and I refused and now that I give credit to Gary he is offended. You can't please everyone.

Great books I listened to four from the list. Grant Kardon is mentally ill I was also in his lecture.
Chris Voss's Never Split The Difference also recommends negotiating.
And another recommendation when talking about spending time in this car is the Bigger Pockets Bay podcast's most profound resource for real estate investment in the US.
I signed up for audible thanks
Excellent post. Books are the cheapest and most accessible resource available. Many more people need to leverage the ability to read. This will shorten the learning curve for everyone in every field and especially real estate and business
Any recommendations for the Hebrew Hearing App?
Omer Malka
Stunning thanks for the recommendations.
Thanks for a crazy post! It is refreshing to suddenly read about something that is beyond baby deals but an extension of consciousness. For me, you can control Westrose
So agree. I read Rich Dad 16 a year ago. Two months after I finished it, I purchased my first apartment for investment. A year later I read Young Retire Rich Retire. Gave another blow to the head. It took me about 12 a year to realize the vision, and I succeeded. I owe this chapter of my life to these two books
Excellent!!!
Great post Tal, I'm right with you, books and podcasts .. Youtube when there is a chance to sit and watch. Reads exactly the same books as you!
It is important! Thanks!
