Another renovation of a property has been completed... A recurring question is "How do you know what to say...
Another property renovation has ended for him…
A recurring question is "How do you know what to renovate and what not?"
So the answer is:
1. What needs to be repaired - anything that does not work, requires repair or replacement
(For example, a leaky and old roof is something we had to do on this property)
2. What creates value for the customer (the potential buyer) - we know how to analyze the things that our potential buyers (varies from region to region and property to property) want to like and are willing to pay for. For example, a family in our area would like to know that the air conditioning system is new (guarantees them peace and no additional financial expenses in the near future), they will look for a house that has more than one toilet shower (master bedroom) and a large, new kitchen that people always like and are willing to pay extra for.
Priority of things according to our renovation budget !!! - In general, renovation is something that attracts you to do and want to replace more and more things, but it should be done out of thinking and planning and especially according to budget (in the end our main goal is not to make a beautiful house but make money from it!) So even if sometimes there are things that can produce Customer value but they are out of budget We will prioritize what comes first (based on our experience and consultation with field staff and local realtor)
After all that, we only have to wait for the long-awaited buyer in the hope of coming soon )))
