After 4 scattered investments in different countries, I studied the international markets in the USA, at least from my investments, I entered into different investments (single, flip and as part of a purchase cube) My face looks forward to the next deal.
I have K55 equity for the next transaction immediately.
Is now looking for a different deal between Flip and Single and Leverage
In such an amount to purchase property there are not many interesting options in a normal area and certainly not in an area like New York for example.
Since I already have contacts (not many but at least something) in Florida Jacksonville and a property managed there that is overall satisfied with the procedure therefore I prefer to focus on Florida Jacksonville, I have a preference for leverage but need guidance on this matter
To learn from those who are exempt from me is welcome and will advance me.
I would be happy to give advice or guidance, without much experience from me, what are the options before me

If you buy a single property, Répins will withdraw at least 50. With the equity and the mortgage, you buy another property in the good and known area you already know. That's what I did in Texas.
