Hey friends,
In my previous post I showed you a house that was on the verge of demolition (photo in the first comment).
We took the house for the purpose of improvement and sale, the house was originally a duplex, we changed it to a single family. So what did we actually have in the renovation?
1. We removed all the walls in the house and everything inside them.
2. We changed the house structure into three bedrooms and two baths. The design was OPEN CONCEPT style. An important emphasis is that a master bedroom has a shower and en suite bathroom.
3. We replaced the roof.
4. We replaced all the windows and doors.
5. We installed new electricity, plumbing and air conditioning.
6. We replaced the exterior cladding of the house
7. We installed new baths.
8. We installed a new flooring throughout the house (ENGINEERED HARD WOOD)
9. We built a big thin behind the house.
10. New kitchen with island.
11. We poured a new DRIVE WAY.
12. We planted a new lawn in the back and front garden.
Because the house is located in a historic area, we had to present our plans to the committee
As for what SIDING and doors, windows, gutters.
It is important to note that this is not a renovation that I recommend starting your own path with, but something you can look at after you have gained experience and provided you have the right team.

How's the matter with the furniture? Do you rent it or purchase and price the deal?
Some refurbishments say you did not spare materials, a small thing that would have upgraded the kitchen is more modern hardware that has old style handles that do not fit the shaker doors.
Here is an example of a kitchen we renovated in Atlanta, see how the handles make a difference, but it looks like a shell, well done
