3 A Flip Flops Design Gands For Maximum Sale Price!

When I was little, I saw how tenants who lived in the rented apartment exchanged one another and left behind a pigsty. When I grew up, my extended family always teased about crazy tenants
I decided that when the time came I would focus on the flips.
Thus, the interface between me and the common human trilol is close to zero.
There are some agendas for flips and because I believe that most people who read me here would prefer not to be bored with the investment models of boring investment I will give an appetizing image:
Food.

There are three big models of eating
An agonizing diet, a frenzy that blows the button and produces a bunch of chin and mouths and sane eating.

Homes that are shown naked or neglected to end customers are dieting for its own sake
Most people have no head and desire to design
They drag furniture from heaven and live in crisp, crispy spaces with lettuce.

Most of the houses offered for sale look like a stamp like the first three pictures.
Generic boredom.

The binge model belongs to the houses that are displayed for sale, bursting into infinity with a pile of furniture, pictures, shelves, colors, books, beds and a collection of miniatures carved from the spines of a porcupine souvenir from the last cruise to Guadalajara.

An end-customer who visits a furnished, up-and-coming house, and if he does not throw up, on the hairy shaggy carpet filled with fur balls of the house cat's juices, is that he has been able to restrain himself as a result of strict education.

Dietetic homes are not sold at a record price and may be stuck like a green kale salad without sauce in the pipeline, months and years.

Binge homes in general smuggle customers and if they sell it will be the price of slaughter.

On the other hand, homes of sane eating such as the Green House in the picture I designed in Kfar Chabad for my adorable customers will sell at a glance, above the acceptable price and will be for the end customers an uncontrollable impulsive act to purchase and whatever.

Buying a house not for investment purposes is often irrational but also a leap on a plate of hot hummus with steaming mushrooms with a fresh pita is not a rational choice.
