I filed an appeal against the municipal taxes for an asset in the city of Shaker Heights [https://www.google.com/search?rlz=1C1GCEU_enIL821IL822&q=Shaker+Heights&spell=1&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjY1Jrx4pDjAhWE8aYKHS77CdkQBQgsKAA) (Cleveland Ohio Suburbs). A hearing has been held in the county. The attorney requests that someone on our behalf be present in addition to him as he is unaware of the issues of what is being done in the property other than the closing documents. I offered to send him the renovations that were done after the purchase. Are considering sending the management company but doubt if anything can be contributed. Obviously irrelevant to travel for this. Anyone else come across such a request? Acceptable? Is there any other idea how to act on the issue?
