It is important for me to contact all of you and mention that this group is designed to give you a place to learn, get inspired, share the knowledge you have gained, and of course also what to ask questions! The group has quite a few experts on various real estate related topics in the US who can answer your questions so feel free to ask. And for those of you who have already made your first foray into the US - we'll be happy if you share your personal story.

I have three investments in the US, one from Florida in Florida and another in Brooklyn. I prefer Single House and especially new construction to avoid maintenance issues ..

Hello everyone,
Looking ahead, we were looking for options for profitable investments. After a little research we did on investing in real estate abroad we got recommendations on dear rival Paz and his team. Thanks to the close accompaniment we were able to bridge all the concerns and barriers we had as novice investors across the ocean. We learned a lot along the way (llc, tax, how to choose a property, renovations, management company and more) and continue to learn a little more every day. We made an investment through an adversary who accompanied, guided, directed and took care of us even in current matters that arose and we did not know before. Hope for further cooperation with Yariv and Neta the champions.
