Is this the real estate future?
Let's meet at 2029?
Apparently there's nothing to worry about and it's not close.
We have already seen houses that are printed in 3D and now comes the next stage of an entire neighborhood that is entirely built of a three-dimensional printer.
Takes printing one house in less than a day. The cost of a home is about $ 1, which is the cost of building a home in poor countries.
And the first neighborhood, which has not yet been told where it will be built, aims to house homeless people in Central America.
The houses are designed in collaboration with a branding company and are modular, so there are several apartments with different numbers of rooms.
Apparently this is a game changer - it is going to change the entire construction industry, significantly reduce the costs, to extra professions in an unprecedented manner
What effect will this have on the world of supply and demand? Can people easily build a house and not rent? It will also probably affect the mortgage market dramatically.
And the time dimension is that it allows to change the whole subject of planning, project introduction, ability to withstand the load, providing quick and effective solutions.
What do you think, Yariv Paz, a real estate consultant, that we buy a printer?
Take a look at the vision for the world's first 3D-printed neighborhood
Housing nonprofit New Story is completing plans to 3D print houses in the developing world. Here's what they could look like.
