Finding properties on Facebook - As a member of several dubious real estate groups, an investment property comes to me from time to time. First came one with data that is really interesting, the property is Off Market and I guess it is a Wholesaler.
In a brief search of the national database - the property is currently Non Occupied and was purchased by a company named after Street Property.
First of all - I want to make sure it's not the same guy who sent me data. Second, I want to try to contact the landlord directly.
Solutions, ideas are welcome,
Thanks

The truth is I managed, the property is in California - in Los Angeles.
The Holsiller is a young man who has done some sort of asset analysis and claims that he and his mother contract him.
I located the history of the property, showed that the property was transferred to a private individual before making a small claim and transferred the property to the partnership. In white pages I found the email address of the guy and sent him an email.
I will update later.
What is interesting is that the owner is called Joseph Gutman and in my opinion he is Jewish and even Israeli.
Why not take advantage of the forum and say where this property is? You do not have to give an exact address but maybe people here can help you more accurately… Maybe someone here knows this wholesaler? If you feel like it of course…
If I understand the wholesaling area correctly, if a person is involved in the field and apparently located an asset before publication, he signs a contract with the owner, which gives him exclusivity, for a certain period. No Yes?
True story: On my last visit to Israel about 3 months ago, a nice Israeli guy approached me, asked for help because I live in Florida and he purchased "land for construction" in the state of Florida. It is important to note that the advertisement appeared on Facebook… from a development company that has a representative office in Israel…
He did not quite understand what and who and only stated that "the price was attractive" and that he "purchased the property from Holsler",
He gave me the details. As soon as I returned to the US, I looked into the matter in depth - and it turned out that he paid for 1 acre of land, of which, in fact, about 65% is swampland infested with snakes, this "all-good" was sold to some Israelis at a price of $25000 per acre... on a beautiful sunny day worth 1 Iker there is $3000 max. Of course that company has closed its offices and there are currently initial hearings in court. This is about wholesalers who advertise on Facebook. Good Day!
There are a lot of difficult cases of bites.
As an office owner and Hall Hall there are a lot of people who supposedly sell.
Make sure that the owner has a lot of identification space.
Do not be tempted
The owner's name appears in the province
If it is a company, enter the Registrar of Companies and you will see the address and names of the company's owners
If you bypass Hall Seller - you burned yourself in the market
