My LLC opened in Florida and I have to pay for the renewal once a year. I understand that there is an option to pay online. What I did not know was whether I owe a local accounting firm. And if not, how do I forward the email address so that the forms will reach me and not him?

In Florida, email is sent to you when you renew your license / pay a fee
What you need is a local agent / someone who will get legal mail for you and you agree to it. There are services with an annual cost of $ 99- $ 49 and if you have a personal person who can help you for free what's good will just get you what it takes.
All this is not related to the filing of federal reports (and perhaps state reports) = Income Tax.
