Dealing with pressures and changes in the real estate world

What's going on an expensive group? So this week I'm getting into the big shoes of "Entrepreneurs of the Week," thanking Lior on stage. So in a few words about me and us, I am a co-owner of SafetyTint, having been operating for the past eight years in Orlando, Florida as a real estate agency for local and distant investors. This week I will start with a post slightly different from my regular content, the topic is dealing with pressures and changes…

  1. Thanks Nirit for the reminder. It is definitely not self-evident - busy people who devote an entire week of their time to the community and write every day a post of value and learning to enrich the knowledge of us all. An enriching discussion develops around each such post and the rest of the forum experts give us their point of view. A little refinement about a discussion that arose here about her private application - we have no problem with a private application - probably every week entrepreneur who uploads a post receives dozens of private inquiries in order to work with him - but these inquiries are from potential investors (dwarfs) or investors who have already invested (giants) or Even collaborations and other ventures - that's fine. What we have a problem with is a massive unsolicited appeal to people in the forum who did not ask to be contacted and this is the same message whose whole purpose is to gather customers - not a discussion related to the topic - it is considered spam and harassment. Beyond that in response to the post - if you want to contact someone in private, contact, but do not write "I will answer you in private" - it interrupts the whole discussion, and try as much as possible to answer everyone because the purpose of the forum is educational and only by sharing information we all learn. Thanks!
