A computational question for experienced people?
In all offers of purchase of computers, prices per sqft, what is the reasonable price / good in the US today, and is there any such calculation bar?

If this is a new property, there is an average price range for sqft.
A commonly used asset CMA will give you a snapshot
Not relevant to each region, there are areas that do not relate to it
You must go down to the street / neighborhood resolution to get an accurate picture.
Recommend that you ask for your agent's detailed CMA, with properties on the order of your property, refurbished, from last year. This is the most accurate ruler
Each area is different and it depends on the specific area (I'll say it, depending on the neighborhood and sometimes depending on the street)
Therefore, in my opinion, there is no answer to your question - but to check the average prices in the area in which you are interested and compare to it.
