Because some of us thought that 700 was expensive (it was in 2007, I think, and people were afraid of a crisis), so in the end we did not win. Today they are worth about 3 million per penthouse. It is important during the course to gather around serious people around you when there is an opportunity to know who to take with you for investment and know that he goes all the way and does not get drunk. Also summarize common goals and exit strategy if someone decides to go out in the middle /
I would love to hear as well. I did 3 real estate courses in the country and it gave me a good foundation to start with. Team strength is also a very important thing - especially when analyzing areas. Each brings a different perspective. For example, in a course I organized a purchase group for 6 properties in Netanya, a property collector at a ridiculous price of NIS 700 for an apartment and NIS 4 million for a penthouse today. There were 4 penthouses, a standard XNUMX-room apartment and a garden apartment from a bankrupt contractor. - Without the course I would not have been able to reach a group of investors quickly.
