Currently Israel and the United States. I like to get to know in depth the markets I invest in and get physically into the field. In all the places I have invested I have been physically several times. I would not buy for example a property in China or Alaska even if the numbers are excellent without knowing the local economy, place, immigration, sources of employment, etc.
