How do we look for a country or region for investment?

The USA is a huge country and it contains many and varied markets. So as buyers we want to find a market where we will have more bargaining power over sellers, a market where you can easily lower prices and buy cheaper than the sellers' demand prices, such a market is called a buyers market.

Do not try to be the first to buy in an unfamiliar city, look for a place that someone has already tested and experienced.

As a sellable market where properties are sold fast at good prices and even above advertising prices, a market where the quantity of buyers is greater than the number of sellers, is called a sellers' market.

The map in the video was published about a year ago by the Zilo website. On the map you can see the ten markets where the market is a buyers market and the ten markets where there is a sellers market. In my opinion, it is still topical today.

According to the map, it can be said with certainty that the boiling markets in the United States today are the countries of the solar strip in the west and the calmer markets are today in the eastern United States.

If you want to have bargaining power with sellers, the best market to be in today is the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Illinois Illinois, Cleveland Ohio, Miami and other cities in Florida.

  1. I don't completely agree that we always want to be in a buyer's market. In particular, the flips are sometimes a seller's market because you find properties with problems or sellers who must sell urgently and it is easier to sell the excellent property, and there are also many sales opportunities in these markets for people who do not have options such as rent to own or owner financing. Unlike a buyer's market where they have many other opportunities.
But in general I think that in every market one can find good investments
