Hi everyone,
My investor invested in a company with properties in Atlanta that guaranteed a return and gave checks in advance.
Now they claim there was damage to the building and ask not to deposit the checks.
Has anyone else experienced this?

What is the problem with a guaranteed return? To sign it in the contract…?

Pacific Holdings?
A return can only be guaranteed if the product is financial and not real estate - any other option is incorrect
We have customers from there just so I am aware of the situation..In any case it does not seem to me wrong if there really is a problematic event that generates such significant flow damage. I obviously do not address the entire issue of "guaranteed return".
.
You're referring to Pacific Holdings, I guess
Who the company
Oh wow… The problem is that there is not much to do in front of these companies, other than to enter into them with something legal. And it does not always help.
There is no such thing as a guaranteed return. Anyone who promises a return is a fraud. I would involve a lawyer in the story
