Glad to join this community. Began to go through the posts and it's fun to see how much help is being provided here by the group's experienced players. Stunning!

A little about me - until two years ago I was an employee and then my screw turned and I decided to go independent.
I started as an independent e-commerce company (Amazon, Shopie & Co.).
I recently entered the American real estate field (not entirely alone but as part of working with a company.)
Until now, I have managed to locate a number of properties at really good prices and to create quite a few contacts with players in the local market.

And now to my first beginner question - one of the local developers I am in touch with, sent me a breakdown of expenses on his property. He mentioned in detail a number of acronyms that I can not find exactly -
in the
Misl
PM - I guess it's a property management fee

Would appreciate help.
