Ahlan, friends. Recently I met with a company that offers an entrepreneurial deal of building a single family in the cape coral area of West Florida. Buying is done directly from the contractor, it is estimated that within 6-8 months the project ends ie the property is sold at a profit of 20%
Company profit is 20% of profit
The money is deposited in a trust account in Israel and transferred to the contractor according to the progress of the project.
