What do you check before, etc. Is there an expert in the audience who conducts such a course or training?

• Ido and Lior, the point that comes up here is very important - how to choose and manage a property well. Management means what to expect from a management company and how those who want and are interested can take the reins. The point is that the issue is very big. It is difficult to summarize and there are a number of important sub-topics.
  I suggest devoting a week to this as each day touches on a specific topic.
