In many cases, we make offers on houses and only then do we check (because…

In many cases, we bid on houses and only then check (because if 10 offers daily offers you have no chance to see everything before). Then, after we brought the house in, it remains to be seen (as any Israeli can find) why the house is sold cheap. Usually there is no apparent explanation. What a house that is sold for half the price. Equal?
