Hello everyone! Hope you had a great weekend.
Following Yariv's video regarding expected expenses on a property, I also wanted to address the issue of taxation in the United States and share with you a short explanatory file that I sometimes offer our investors to use.
This is a document from one of the accounting firms we work with and it centralizes information both about US taxation and the difference between buying a property as an individual or as an LLC (if I would get a dollar every time an investor asked me if private ownership or LLC would be better) I would retire)
